How can I schedule a shoot?

My listing only has Supra access. Will a photographer be able to access the home?
Yes, our photographers have Supra access.
How can I pay for photos and when is payment due?
Photos can be paid for online via an electronic invoice or via Zelle. Payment is due on the day of your photoshoot. Delivery of final product is made upon receipt of payment.
My home is not ready for photos, is there a fee to reschedule?
Provided that it’s done at least 2 hours prior to the appointment, there is no fee to reschedule. If you don’t see the availability that you need, please text us at 832-645-5529.
My home is outside of the Houston metropolitan area, is there a trip fee?
There is an extended trip fee of $70 for homes that are 40+ miles from Rosharon, Texas and $90 for homes that are 60+ miles from Rosharon.
What happens if a photographer arrives at the shoot and the home is not ready?
Depending on the location, there is a rescheduling fee of ½ of the total initial invoice if a photographer arrives and the home is not ready.
I ordered photos, when should I expect delivery?
All photos are delivered within 24 hours of the shoot. Virtually staged photos and all videos may take up to 48-hours for delivery.
If I am not happy with the photos, how would that be resolved?
Our customer’s satisfaction is very important. Additional edits will be made to ensure customer satisfaction. This may take an additional 24 hours for delivery depending on the request. There are no refunds.
